| Randy Dillman - Owner Randy began his career in the repair industry after graduating from Purdue University with a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology in 1988. He spent the first seven years at Ed's Engines learning the trade from master technician and licensed A&P aircraft mechanic Ed Cormany. From there he worked at Kruse Automotive where a chance encounter with Jim Linder would change his future. Randy started training for Linder Technical (Linder Lectric at that time) in 1996 and has taught at most major events and at all of the Guru schools since then. He opened the LTS North facility in 1997 and with the support of his wife Becky and Dave Alford (Randy left with Dave at the end of 1998 to open Alford Automotive) ran the training center for six years buying out Jim Linder in 1999. In 2002, with a family in his near future, LTS North closed it's doors for good. In 2004, Randy left Alford's to run Vorderman Motor Werks and learn European cars - mainly Jaguar and BMW. In the three years spent there he became proficient with most German vehicles. Randy returned to Alford Automotive in the spring of 2007 and started Unique Training Solutions (the facility was located in the front building) with a lot of help from Dave and some of his friends. After two years and over 100 classes, he decided to devote his time to running the training company full-time. The facility has been moved back to the former LTS North building on Industrial Road and will open for training in February of 2010. Randy enjoys spending time with his two sons (Jordan and Matthew) and his wife Becky. His hobbies include World War II history, Chemisty and model trains. His family also belongs to Blackhawk Ministries where Randy plays the electric guitar in the band.

| Donny Yeoman - Trainer Donny Yeoman may look young, but he began his automotive career at the age 14 at the school of hard knocks, by working for his father in the family owned business, Yeoman Service Center. By starting at the bottom and working his way up, Donny gained the knowledge and experience that eventually led him to Ivy Tech State College where he finished at the top of his class and graduated with Cum Laude honors, with an Associate of Science degree from the automotive program. To gain more knowledge and stay competitive in the industry, Donny furthered his education after he was introduced to Randy Dillman in 2002. He learned from Randy’s unique commitment training programs. In addition, he continued his education through Linder Technical Services and other various automotive classes. Randy continued to mentor Donny and has played a major role in Donny’s professional career. Donny has the typical ASE certifications, L1 certified, and was named the NAPA/ASE Technician of the Year for Northern Indiana/Northwest Ohio in 2005. Donny continues to take classes when he can because technology is ever changing and learning is earning in the automotive industry. Now 31, Donny still works for Yeoman Service Center and is the Vice President of the company. But don’t let that fool you, his cushy office chair is leaning over a fender in the back of the shop, where his primary focus and passion is diagnosing and fixing cars. Donny enjoys outdoor activities and spending free time working on new classes for the training center:)
